Prompt translations

Almost every translation is subject to time constraints and therefore requires us to be optimally organised in order to ensure prompt delivery, transparency and quality. Smaller projects are usually done by one translator while more comprehensive work is divided among a group of translators who ensure consistency by using translation tools and means for teamwork. Before starting a translation, we create a list of key words in the text. We also use shared translation memory to ensure the coherence of translated texts and terminology.

Urgent translations are handled with priority and are only accepted if quality, as set forth in our proficiency standards, can be assured within the specified deadline. We are definitely prepared for the challenges presented by short deadlines as we deal with them on a daily basis.
